Highgate Commons is a 225,000 square foot shopping center located in St. Albans, Vermont. The property was originally anchored by Ames and Woolworth and was the dominant center in the area. The property was underutilized, in need of substantial physical upgrades and did not fully take advantage of the site and excess land.

KPI redeveloped 107,000 square feet of vacant space and built an additional 70,000 square feet of in line space. KPI redeveloped the center to accommodate a new Hannaford Brothers grocery store.

In addition, KPI executed an extensive repositioning of the tenant mix, bringing in national and regional tenants, including TJ Maxx, Staples, Jo-Ann Stores, Rent-A-Center.
